Your courier tracking may show your order as being delivered to us, however this indicates only that it has reached the courier central hub and has not necessarily been delivered to musicMagpie.
Any orders sent with Royal Mail, or Evri can take 3-5 working days to arrive with us.
Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for your order to arrive with us. This accounts for any delays that may occur whilst your order is in transit.
We'll send you another email as soon as your order is checked by a member of our quality assessment team.
If your order arrives with us before 2pm*, it will be processed and payment sent the same day. If your order arrives with us after 2pm, it will be processed the following working day.
❗ If you've sent more than one box for a single order, they may reach us on separate days. Please note: We cannot process your payment until all of the boxes in your order have arrived and have been checked by our quality assessment team.
