Before completing your trade-in order, you'll need to choose how you'd like to receive your payment.
Please note: Once your order has been placed, your chosen payment method can't be changed.
Bank Transfer (BACS)
You can choose to receive payment directly into your bank account.
If your order is processed before 2pm on a working day, your payment will usually reach your account within one working day.
Payments issued over the weekend will normally clear by Tuesday.
Donate to charity
If you'd prefer, you can choose to donate the final value of your order to charity.
The final value of your order, following assessment, will be sent directly to your chosen charity.
Simply select your preferred charity from the list available during checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.
