Yes. We do buy non-UK devices. However, non-UK models are typically valued under our Poor condition grading because some devices may not be suitable for resale in the UK market.

If you're unsure whether your device is a UK or non-UK model, you can still create an order and send the device to us for assessment.

What happens if my device is identified as a non-UK model?
As part of our quality assessment process, we'll check the device specifications and confirm whether it's a UK or non-UK model.
If the device has been incorrectly described, we may send you a revised offer based on the assessment results.
You'll then have the opportunity to accept or decline the revised offer.
