If you haven't received your payment yet, the first thing to do is check the status of your order in My Account.

Sign in to My Account and review the status of your order.
If your order is still being processed, payment won't be issued until the assessment has been completed.
If your order status shows as Paid, please allow up to 24 working hours for the funds to arrive in your account.
Payments issued on Fridays
Payments issued on a Friday may not arrive until the following Monday, depending on your bank's processing times.
Weekends and bank holidays
Payments aren't processed on weekends or bank holidays, which may affect when you receive your funds.
I've waited and still haven't received my payment
If your order status shows as Paid, and more than 24 working hours have passed since payment was issued, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to investigate.
