I haven't received my payment.

Don't worry if you haven't received your payment just yet! You can check your order status within the My Account section on our site.  

If the status of your order is paid and you have not received payment within 24 working hours, please reach out to our Customer Service Team for help. 

Please note that payments issued on Friday may settle into your account the following Monday. Payments will also not be processed over the weekend or bank holidays.
