How do I delete my account?

Please be aware that by choosing to delete your account, you will no longer have the ability to engage in trade-ins or make purchases. Additionally, this action will result in the loss of your account history, exclusive offers, and any discounts that may have been associated with your account.

From there, you will find an option labelled 'Find out more'—please select this option.

After reviewing the information, confirm your intention by clicking on 'Delete My Account'.

Finally, you will be prompted to select a reason for your departure from a drop-down menu; please choose the most appropriate option.

Should you wish to utilise our services again in the future, you can easily create a new account. The process is quick and straightforward. 

It is important to remember: You will not be able to delete your account if you currently have an active rental contract or if we are in the process of handling your items for a trade-in. Please ensure that these conditions are not applicable before attempting to delete your account.
