Same Day Payment Process
We understand how important it is for you to receive your payment quickly! Please note that your payment will only be processed after we’ve completed a thorough quality assessment of the items in your order. This means payment doesn’t happen immediately after the items are delivered to us. Once we’ve carefully checked everything, we’ll move forward with your payment.
Here’s how our payment system works:
Bank Transfer:
- Working Days Only: Bank Transfers will be processed once we’ve completed our Quality Assessment on your items. This typically happens within 24 hours if the Quality Assessment is finished before 2pm on a working day.
- After 2pm or Weekends: If the Quality Assessment is completed after 2pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your Bank Transfer will be processed on the next Working Day and will usually clear within 24 hours.
SmartDROP Kiosk Payments:
- If you use a SmartDROP Kiosk, payments are made the same day your phone is processed. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the payment to appear in your account after using the Kiosk.
