Why can I not see the Timpson sending option?

If the option is not visible when you attempt to sell your device, it may be because your item does not meet the necessary criteria for this particular selling option.

  • You must be within a 10 mile radius - this geographical limitation helps streamline the transaction process.
  •  You check your closest stores using the Timpson store locator. https://www.musicmagpie.co.uk/timpson
  • At the moment, we can only accept specific devices in excellent or good condition, so it may be that we don't accept the device in person. 
  • The number of items in the order - we can only accept single tech items.
  • The payment method selected must not be for a charity payment. 
  • All orders must be placed within the United Kingdom.
