Why can I not see the Timpson sending option?

If the option is not visible when you attempt to sell your device, it may be because your item does not meet the necessary criteria for this particular selling option.

  • You must be within a 10 mile radius - this geographical limitation helps streamline the transaction process, making it more efficient for both the seller and the buyer.
  • Not all Timpson Stores offer the trade-in service. To check which stores are eligible visit the Timpson store locator. https://www.musicmagpie.co.uk/timpson
  • At the moment, we can only accept specific models and devices so it may be that we don't accept the device in person as additional testing needs to be carried out.
  • Condition of the device - for the same reason above.
  • The number of items in the order - we can only accept single tech items.
  • The payment method selected must not be for a charity payment. This restriction ensures that all transactions are straightforward and meet our standard payment protocols.
  • All orders must be placed within the United Kingdom.
