If the Timpson option isn't visible when you attempt to sell your device, it may be because your item does not meet the necessary criteria for this particular selling option:
- Only a single tech item can be ordered at a time.
- The device must be an iPhone or a Samsung model. At the moment, we can only accept specific models of iPhone/Samsung devices at Timpson stores and Kiosks.
- A significant factor to consider is the condition of the device. At the moment, we can only accept specific devices in excellent or good condition, free from any considerable damage or wear that could hinder its functionality.
- The payment method selected must not be for a charity payment. This restriction ensures that all transactions are straightforward and meet our standard payment protocols.
- All Timpson orders must be placed within the United Kingdom.
