How do I send my order with a Royal Mail QR code?

If you've chosen to send us your order with Royal Mail, you'll receive a QR code within your confirmation email, as well as in your Pack & Send Guide PDF attachment. Take this code to your nearest post office to be scanned from your device. Royal Mail will then create a label for your parcel and send it to us. There's no need to print any labels yourself!

If you haven't received your QR code by email, you can re-download your Pack & Send Guide from My Account to obtain it. Find the relevant order and click on "download Pack & Send Guide".
