If you've chosen to send your order using Royal Mail, you'll receive a QR code in your order confirmation email and within your Pack & Send Guide.
There's no need to print anything.
Simply take your QR code to your local Post Office, where it will be scanned and a postage label will be printed for your parcel.
Once your parcel has been sent, please keep your proof of postage receipt in a safe place.
I haven't received my QR code
You should normally receive your QR code within a few minutes of placing your order.
If you can't find it, please:
- Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- Check your Junk or Spam folder.
- Check that the email address on your account is correct.
You can also download your Pack & Send Guide from My Account, where you'll find a copy of your QR code.
How do I get another QR code?
You can request an additional QR code through My Account.
- Sign in to My Account.
- Go to the Orders section.
- Select Request an additional QR code.
A new QR code will be sent to the email address registered on your account.
Please note that you can only request one additional QR code per order through My Account. If additional codes are needed, please contact us as we may be able to provide additional codes.
The Post Office can't scan my QR code
If the issue appears to be with the QR code itself, you can request an additional QR code through My Account and try again.
If the Post Office is unable to scan QR codes or the issue persists, please contact us and we'll arrange an alternative sending method where possible.
