You should receive your QR code within a few minutes of completing your order.

Your QR code will be included in:

• Your order confirmation email.
• Your Pack & Send Guide (PDF attachment).

I haven't received my QR code yet

Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive.

If the email hasn't arrived after this time, please check:

• Your Junk folder
• Your Spam folder
• That the email address on your account is correct
• Whether your email provider or corporate network is blocking the email

How can I get my QR code from My Account?

You can access your QR code at any time through My Account.

1. Sign in to My Account
2. Locate the relevant order
3. Select Download Pack & Send Guide
4. Open the PDF attachment

Your QR code will be included within the Pack & Send Guide

I still can't access my QR code

If you're unable to access your QR code, please contact our Customer Service Team.

We'll be able to help you retrieve your QR code or arrange an alternative sending method where available.
