How should I package Tech?

The original packaging is by far the best option for sending your tech as its ready made for your device. If you don't have the original packaging, we'd suggest using a sturdy cardboard box and bubble wrap to counteract any potential damage caused in transit.

We don't supply boxes or packaging, so you'll have to source a box to send us your order - any box will do! If you don't have a spare one about the house, you can always check with your local supermarket.

Make sure that you're device is switched off before sending and remove any SIM or memory cards as we can't return them back to you.

If you're sending a large or heavy item, please ensure that it has extra packaging to reduce any movement during transit.
