If you need another postage label, you can request one through My Account.
- Sign in to My Account.
- Open the relevant order.
- Select Print More Labels.
Sending with Royal Mail?
If you've chosen Royal Mail as your sending method, you'll receive a QR code by email.
Simply take the QR code to your local Post Office, where they will:
- Scan the QR code from your device.
- Print your postage label.
- Attach the label to your parcel.
- Send the parcel to us.
You can only request one additional QR code per Royal Mail order through My Account.
