You can download more labels from My Account by selecting the relevant order and clicking "print more labels".
If Royal Mail is your chosen send option, a QR code will be sent to you via email. Please take this code to your local Post Office, where they will scan it from your device, print the label, attach it to your box, and send it to us!
Please note: you can only request one additional QR code per Royal Mail order.
