I have declined the revised offer. What happens now?

If you've chosen to decline our revised offer, we'll return your device to you free of charge.

Once the offer has been declined, we'll aim to dispatch your device the next working day. After it has been dispatched, delivery can take 2-3 working days.

Once your device has been dispatched, we'll email you with the tracking information so you'll know when to expect delivery.

Please note we're unable to guarantee the return of any additional accessories that you may have sent in with your order. This includes but is not limited to: chargers, headphones, the original box, screen protectors, cases, etc.
