How do I check if my device is accepted?
You can search for your device on our website by:
- Entering the device make and model.
- Using the available category and model filters.
If your device appears in our valuation tool, you'll be able to create an order and receive a quote.
My device isn't listed
If your device isn't listed on our website, unfortunately we're not currently purchasing that model.
What happens if I send an unlisted device?
Devices that aren't currently accepted by musicMagpie don't meet our quality assessment requirements and can't be processed.
If you send a Tech or Media item that isn't listed on our website, it will be recycled responsibly and won't be returned
