I can't find my device on your website. Can I still send it in?

All items we are currently accepting will be listed on our website. You can either type in the make/model of the device, or use the drop-down menu. 

If your device isn't listed, unfortunately that means we aren't looking to purchase your item at this time. 

If you've sent in a Tech or Media item that we aren't currently accepting, this would qualify as an automatic fail in our quality assessment guidelines. In this case, we'll recycle the item responsibly and won't be able to return it.
