I can't find my device on your website. Can I still send it in?

What we're currently accepting is listed on our website. You can either type in the make of the device or use the drop down menu.

If your device isn't listed, we aren't accepting it at the moment.

If you've sent in a Tech or Media item that we aren't currently accepting, this would qualify as an automatic fail in our quality assessment guidelines. In this case, we'll recycle the item responsibly and won't be able to return it.
