Yes. We buy devices with scratches, although the amount of wear may affect the condition grade and valuation offered for your device.
How should I grade a scratched device?
Devices with heavy scratches should generally be graded as Poor condition.

What if I choose the wrong condition?
Don't worry if you're uncertain about your device's condition.
When your device arrives, our technicians will carry out a quality assessment and confirm the most appropriate condition grade.
If the condition doesn't match the grade selected on your order, we'll send you a revised offer and explain why the device has been regraded.
You'll then be able to decide whether you'd like to accept or decline the revised offer.

If the assessed condition affects the value of your device, we'll either:
- Offer you a revised price, or
- Return your device free of charge if you decide not to proceed.
