If your order hasn't arrived we'll need your tracking information to chase this up with the courier.
If you choose to send your order with Royal Mail, you'll be given a receipt with a tracking number when you hand over your parcel.
If your items are being collected by Hermes, the courier will leave you with a card that contains your tracking number. You can use this information to track your parcel on the Hermes website.
If you are dropping your order off at a DPD Drop Off service, the shop assistant will provide you with a tracking receipt. You can track the progress on DPD's website.
Please make sure that you contact us within 28 days regarding the arrival of your order - the quicker we can get this sorted, the quicker we can get your order processed.
