If your order hasn't arrived with us within 7 working days, we'll need your tracking information to chase this up with the carrier.
If you choose to send your order via the Post Office (Royal Mail), you'll be given a receipt containing your tracking number(s). You can track the progress of your order using the tracking number(s) on Royal Mail's website. Your tracking number will be in the format AB 0000 1111 1CD.
If you choose to send your order via Royal Mail's collection service, your tracking number will be sent in your collection confirmation email in the format AB 0000 1111 1CD. You can track the progress of your collection on Royal Mail's website.
If you choose to send your order via Evri's collection service or a Parcelshop, the driver or Parcelshop employee will leave you with a card that contains your 16 digit tracking number(s). You can use this information to track the progress of your order on Evri's website.
