Are my items insured on their way to you?

Your order will be insured when you use any of the pre-paid labels that we provide in your Pack & Send Guide. 

If you are sending your order using our prepaid courier service, via Royal Mail QR Code, or Evri, your order is insured up to the value of £150.00.

If you wish to increase the insurance value, you can upgrade to Special Delivery but you will be responsible for the postage costs. 

If it's been over 7 working days and you're concerned that your order hasn't arrived with us yet, please contact our Customer Service Team and we'll investigate this for you.

Please Note: if you send your order using Special Delivery, or any other method at your own cost, your order won't be insured by us - you'll have to contact that courier directly if you have any concerns.
