My tracking shows that you've received my order. Why hasn't it been processed yet?

Although the tracking may show as "delivered", this is the terminology used by third-party carriers to show its final tracking point from leaving their depot to be delivered to us.

We receive daily consignments each containing hundreds of orders which are then scanned and re-routed to our goods-in team.

In most cases, we'll be in touch not long after the tracking updates but it depends on the time of day that we receive the consignment that contains your order.

📩 Once we've received your order, we'll send you an email to let you know it's arrived and is being checked by our quality assessment team.

If you've sent more than one box for a single order, they may reach us on separate days. Please note: We cannot process your payment until all of the boxes in your order have arrived and have been checked by our quality assessment team.
