My tracking shows that you've received my order. Why hasn't it been processed yet?

Although the tracking may show as "delivered", this is terminology used by third party carriers to show its final tracking point from leaving their depot to be delivered to us. We'll notify you by email when your order physically arrives at our warehouse.

In most cases, we'll be in touch not long after the tracking updates but it depends on the time of day that we receive the consignment that contains your order.
