Please note: Your order may take longer to process than usual due to high demand on our delivery partners and social distancing measures at our warehouse. Our customer service team is also extremely busy, so we recommend checking out our FAQs if you have a query.

I don't have a printer. What should I do?

COVID-19 Update - instead of asking to borrow someone else's printer, please contact our Customer Service team who will gladly assist in changing your send method to a printer-less alternative.

If you've chosen Courier (Hermes) or Parcelshop (Hermes) to send your order, you'll need to print the label to attach to your box. We'd advise asking if you can borrow a friend's or family member's printer, or checking with your local library to get the label printed.

If you've chosen to send your order with Royal Mail, you'll be sent a QR code rather than a label to print. Your QR code will be present in your confirmation email as well as your Pack & Send Guide (PDF attachment). Take this code to your local Post Office and they will scan the code, print the label and attach it to the box for you. You don't need to print this label - they'll scan the code from your phone.
