I don't have a printer. What should I do?

If you've chosen DPD, Courier (Hermes) or Parcelshop (Hermes) to send your order, you'll need to print the label to attach to your box. We'd advise asking if you can borrow a friend's or family member's printer, or checking with your local library to get the label printed.

Alternatively, we can print and send you your label by post. It can take up to 7 working days to arrive. If you'd prefer to have your label posted, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will gladly assist you.

If you've chosen to send your order with Royal Mail, you'll be sent a QR code rather than a label to print. Take this code to your local Post Office and they will scan the code, print the label and attach it to the box for you. You don't need to print this label - they'll scan the code from your phone.
