If your item is regraded, we’ll let you know by email. There's an "accept/decline" link contained within the email. Click on the link and this will take you through to My Account, where you can either accept or decline the revised price.
If the link doesn't work, you can log into My Account directly to accept or decline the offer. Select the "selling" tab to view your order history and either accept or decline the revised price.
You'll need to accept or decline the revised offer within 14 days of receiving the email. If you don't accept or decline the revised offer within this time frame, the revised offer price will be automatically accepted and paid out to your chosen payment method.
If the email link and My Account option do not work, you need to contact us right away so we can help.
