How can I check on the status of my order?

Any orders sent with Royal Mail, ASDA, or Evri (Courier collection or Parcelshop) can take 3-5 working days to arrive with us.

Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for your order to arrive with us. This accounts for any delays that may occur whilst your order is in transit.

Once your order has been sent, you'll be given a card or receipt which contains your tracking number(s) - keep this safe!

📩 We'll send you an email as soon as your order arrives and is being checked by a member of our quality assessment team.

If you've sent more than one box for a single order, they may reach us on separate days. Please note: We cannot process your payment until all of the boxes in your order have arrived and have been checked by our quality assessment team.
