How can I check on the status of my order?

🚨 In light of the latest government guidance on coronavirus and our commitment to keeping our team safe through socially distanced working conditions, it may take us slightly longer to process your order. Our delivery partners are also experiencing the same challenges which may result in your order taking 2 or 3 days longer to be delivered to us. We will contact you as soon as your order has arrived. Please rest assured that we're doing absolutely everything we can to make sure paid as quickly as possible!🚨

Any orders sent with Royal Mail, ASDA, or Hermes (Courier collection or Parcelshop) can take 3-5 working days to arrive with us.

We ask to allow a minimum of 7 working days for your order to arrive to account for any potential delays that may occur during the delivery process.

As soon as we receive it, we'll let you know by email!

Once your order has been sent, you'll be given a card or receipt which contains your tracking information. Keep this safe as it acts as your insurance.
