How can I check on the status of my order?

COVID19 Update: Postal networks are currently experiencing delays due to Coronavirus so it may take a little longer than usual for your order to reach us.

Any orders sent with Royal Mail or Hermes (Courier collection or Parcelshop) can take 3-5 working days to arrive with us. We ask to allow a maximum of 7 working days for your order to arrive to account for any potential delays that may occur during the delivery process. As soon as we receive it, we'll let you know by email!

Once your order has been sent, you'll be given a card or receipt which contains your tracking information. Keep this safe as it acts as your insurance.

You can also see that status of your order in My Account

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days then it may be lost in transit. Please contact us within 28 days of sending your order including your tracking information and order number so we can chase this up for you.
