I sent in additional items with my order. Will I receive any money for them?

No. We can only process and pay for items that were included in your original order.

If you send additional:

that weren't added to your order before it was placed, we won't be able to process them for payment.

Any items that weren't included in your order will be recycled and no payment will be made for them.

Please check that every item you're sending has been added to your order before dispatching your parcel.
