What happens if I haven't received my payment?

If your order reaches us before 2pm*, we'll send your payment the next working day. If your order reaches us after 2pm, we'll send your payment the next working day. We'll send you an email to let you know that your payment is on its way!

For bank transfers or PayPal payments, if it's not received within 3 working days from the date it was transferred, please get in touch.

If your payment failed because your payment details are incorrect, we'll contact you to verify them.

*Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
