What happens if I haven't received my payment?

If your order arrives with us before 2 pm*, we'll send your payment on the same day. If your order arrives with us after 2 pm, we'll send your payment the next working day.

📩 Once we've sent your payment, we'll send you an email to let you know.

If you've sent more than one box for a single order, they may reach us on separate days. Please note: We cannot process your payment until all of the boxes in your order have arrived and have been checked by our quality assessment team.

For bank transfers or PayPal payments, if it's not received in your account within 3 working days from the date it was sent by us, please get in touch.

If your payment failed because your payment details are incorrect, we'll contact you by email to verify them.

*Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
