What happens if I haven't received my payment?

For bank transfers or PayPal payments, if it's not received within 3 working days from the date it was transferred, please get in touch.

If your cheque was sent over 7 working days ago then please double check that the address listed on your account is correct. If your address details are correct, you'll need to contact our Customer Service team to organise another payment.

If your payment failed because your payment details are incorrect, we'll contact you to verify them.
