My order has arrived. How long before it has passed its quality assessment?

🚨 Due to the combination of greatly increased demand and ongoing COVID restrictions, our delivery partners are currently experiencing exceptionally high volumes. This may cause some orders to experience slightly longer delivery timescales to us than stated. In such cases, our operations team are working extremely hard to process all orders as soon as we receive them. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We'll send you an email to let you know that your order has arrived safely and has been checked.

If your order reaches us before 2pm*, it will be processed the same day. If your order reaches us after 2pm, it will be processed the following working day.

We'll keep you up to date throughout the process, so keep an eye on your emails.
