My order has arrived. How long before it has passes quality assessment?

We'll send you an email to let you know that your order has arrived safely and will be checked by our quality assessment team.

If your order arrives with us before 2 pm*, it will be processed the same day. If your order arrives with us after 2 pm, it will be processed the following working day.

We'll keep you up to date throughout the process; from your order arriving with us, to your order being paid. If there's an issue that needs to be resolved before processing your payment, we'll send you an email.

If you've sent more than one box for a single order, they may reach us on separate days. Please note: We cannot process your payment until all of the boxes in your order have arrived and have been checked by our quality assessment team.

*Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
