How do I update my bank details?

If you have chosen to receive payments via bank transfer, it’s important to ensure your bank details are up to date to avoid payment failures. If your payment was unsuccessful, it may be due to incorrect or outdated bank information.

To resolve this, follow the steps below to update your payment details.

Steps to Update Your Bank Details:

  1. Log in to your My Account.
  2. Click on the My Account tab.
  3. Scroll down to Payment Details and sign in if prompted.
  4. Click Edit, update your bank account details, and save the changes.

We are not responsible for unsuccessful payments due to incorrect bank details entered in your account. Please ensure all information is accurate before saving.
