Following the Government's announcement on the 23rd March in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, DPD have informed us that they have suspended their DPD Drop-Off Shop network.
This means that we will no longer be offering DPD as a sending option on our website. Instead, customers will be offered Royal Mail, Hermes Courier Collection or Hermes ParcelShop as an alternative sending method.
Any orders that were sent with DPD before the 23rd March will remain unaffected and will be processed as per our usual procedures upon arrival at our warehouse.
Any current active orders that were placed after this date will no longer be able to be dropped off at a DPD Drop-Off Shop. We'd urge any affected customers to contact our Customer Service team who will be able to manually change your sending method and send a new Welcome Pack containing a fresh set of delivery labels.
