How do I sent my order at an ASDA shop?

Sending your order via your local ASDA shop is easy and convenient! With over 600 locations and extended opening hours including over the weekend, we'll have your order with us in no time.

Once you've completed your order, we'll email your Pack & Send Guide which includes a QR code. Simply take this QR code to your ASDA shop and scan it from your device at a self-service kiosk to print a label, attach the label to your box and post it in the dropbox.

Alternatively, you can hand your box to an ASDA colleague at a Click & Collect desk in store who will help. They will scan your QR code from your device, print the label, attach it to your box and send it to us.

Once you've posted your box in the dropbox, or an ASDA colleague has helped you send your box, you'll be given a receipt including your tracking number. You can track the progress of your order here.

It can take anywhere from 3-5 working days for orders to reach from ASDA. Once we've received your order at our warehouse, we'll send you an email to let you know we're working on it.
