Please note, Asda ToYou was only available for orders placed before 18th October 2023.
It can typically take anywhere from 3-5 working days for your order to reach us from an ASDA dropbox.
Once you've successfully dropped your box off and it's reached ASDA's main sorting hub, you'll receive an email to let you know it's on the move. This will contain your box's parcel number and the dropoff location. There will also be a link to track your parcel in the email.
When your box has left the main sorting hub and is en route to our warehouse, you'll receive another email to keep you in the loop.
As soon as your order arrives, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received it and that it's being worked on.
