There are plenty of ways that you can keep up to date with your box's journey to us!
Once you've printed your label at the self-service kiosk and dropped your parcel into the dropbox, you'll receive a receipt containing your tracking number.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive a receipt, speak to an ASDA colleague in store at the Click & Collect service desk who will gladly print your receipt including your tracking number. Ensure that you have your order number to hand.
You can input your tracking number here to keep updated on the progress of your order.
You can also track your parcel by using your musicMagpie order number, too! Simply click 'search by order number', choose 'musicMagpie' as the retailer and enter your order number for a progress update.
If that wasn't enough, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link as soon as your box has reached ASDA's main sorting hub. This will contain your parcel number and the drop off location.
