Are my items insured on there way to you?
If you send your order to us using the label that we provide then your items will be fully insured. If you're concerned that your order hasn't arrived with us, please get in touch with our Customer Service team and we'll investigate for you!
Please note if you send your items using another method, your items will not be insured by us. It could end up slowing the processing of your items down once it arrives at our warehouse.
