How do I get another label?

If you require an additional label for either of the following send options you've chosen: DPD, Courier (Hermes) or ParcelShop, click here, find the relevant order and then 'print more labels'.

If you've chosen to send your order with Royal Mail, you will be sent a QR code directly to your email address. Take this to your local Post Office and they will scan the code, print the required label for you and attach it to the box. The QR code itself does not need to be printed. Should you require an additional QR code for a second box, you can request an extra one from your account. Simply click on "Request additional QR code" and a further code will be sent to your email. 

Please note: You can only request one additional QR code per order.
