I don't have a printer, what should I do?
We do need the label to be printed if you've chosen the following send options: DPD, Courier (Hermes) or ParcelShop. We advise you to try a neighbour or friend's printer, or checking with the local library.
We are able to print and send a label by post but, however this can take up to 7 working days to arrive. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they'll be able to assist you.
If you've chosen to send your order with Royal Mail, you'll be sent a QR code rather than a printable label. You should take this code to your local Post Office and they will scan the code, print the required label and attach it to the box. The QR code does not need to be printed - you can simply show them the code to be scanned from your phone!
