I haven't received my QR code, what should I do?
Sometimes it can take a little while for the order confirmation email including the QR code to reach your inbox. If you haven't received this after confirming your order, we would advise waiting around 10 minutes before checking back.
If you still haven't received your QR code after this time, double check that you've typed your email address in correctly. As well as this, you should also check your spam/junk folders and your email settings; it could be down to your email service provider or corporate network blocking the email from reaching you.
