Why can I not see the kiosk option?

If the kiosk option is not visible when you attempt to sell your device, it may be because your item does not meet the necessary criteria for this particular selling option.

  • Firstly, the item must be within a 20-mile radius of the kiosk. This geographical limitation helps streamline the transaction process, making it more efficient for both the seller and the buyer.
  • Secondly, the device must be an iPhone or a Samsung model. At the moment, we can only accept specific models of iPhone/ Samsung devices at our kiosks
  • Also, only a single tech item can be ordered at a time. 
  • Another significant factor to consider is the condition of the device. The item mustn't be in poor condition; rather, it should be in a satisfactory state, free from any considerable damage or wear that could hinder its functionality. 
  • The payment method selected must not be for a charity payment. This restriction ensures that all transactions are straightforward and meet our standard payment protocols.
  • All Kiosk orders must be placed within the United Kingdom. 
  • Lastly, the sell order can not be made through the mobile application.
