We know getting paid quickly is important.
The time it takes to receive your payment depends on the type of order you've placed and how your items are assessed.
Orders via Evri or Royal Mail
For standard trade-in orders, payment is only issued after we've completed our quality assessment of your items.
If your order is approved and processed before 2pm on a working day, your payment will usually reach your account within 24 hours.
If your order is processed:
- After 2pm, or
- At the weekend,
your payment will be processed on the next working day and will usually arrive within 24 hours of processing.
Timpson orders
When you trade in your device at a participating Timpson store, a Timpson colleague will carry out a quality assessment of your device.
The trade-in process usually takes less than 10 minutes.
Once the assessment has been completed and your trade-in has been accepted, payment is made directly to your bank account and should arrive within minutes.
