When trading in your phone at a Timpson store, the Timpson colleague will run some quick security and physical checks on your device to make sure it’s suitable to trade in. The entire trade-in process should be done in under 10 minutes.
Once your trade-in is completed in-store, the money will be paid to you directly by bank transfer. This should only take minutes, so there’s no waiting around!
