When will I receive payment for my SMARTDrop kiosk order?

We understand how important it is for you to receive your payment quickly! Please note that your payment can only be processed once the SMARTDrop kiosk has completed a quality assessment of your phone.

When trading in your phone at a kiosk, the machine will run some quick security and physical checks on your device to make sure it’s suitable to trade in. If all of the checks are successful, we'll pay you the original valuation offered to you.

If your phone fails any of the checks, we'll either offer you a revised price which you can accept or decline at the kiosk, advise you to contact CheckMEND, or provide you with some instructions on how to unlock your phone.

Once an offer is accepted, please allow up to 20 minutes for the payment to appear in your account. If you use a SmartDROP Kiosk, payments should be made almost instantly once your phone is processed.
