How do I send my order with a Royal Mail QR code?

If you've chosen to send us your order with Royal Mail, you'll receive a QR code within your confirmation email, as well as in your Pack & Send Guide PDF attachment.

There is no need to print this code. Take this to your local Post Office, to be scanned from your device. Royal Mail will then print a label for your parcel and send it to us. 

Please retain the paper receipt provided once this is sent. 

If you haven't received your QR code by email, you can re-download your Pack & Send Guide from My Account to obtain it. Find the relevant order and click on "download Pack & Send Guide".
