I haven't received my Royal Mail QR code. What should I do?

You should receive your QR code within minutes of completing your order. It will be contained within your confirmation email as well as in your Pack & Send Guide (PDF attachment).

If you haven't received a QR code, we'd advise waiting around 10 minutes for the email to reach you.

If you still haven't received your QR code, we'd advise double checking there aren't any typos in your email address, checking your spam and junk folders and your email settings - your email service provider or corporate network could be blocking the email from reaching your inbox.

Still no luck? You can obtain your QR code from My Account. Simply find the relevant order and click "download Pack & Send Guide". It will allow you to download a PDF attachment and your QR code will be contained within there. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service Team to change your sending method*.

*Other sending methods may require a printer.
