To help ensure your device arrives safely, we recommend sending it in its original packaging wherever possible. The original packaging is designed to protect the device during transit.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a sturdy cardboard box and suitable protective packaging, such as bubble wrap, to help prevent damage in transit.
Before you send your device
Please make sure you:
- Switch off your device.
- Remove any SIM cards.
- Remove any memory cards.
We can't return SIM cards or memory cards that are sent to us by mistake.
Important packaging advice
- Not having the original packaging won't affect your quoted price.
- We don't provide boxes or packaging materials, so you'll need to source these yourself.
- If you're reusing a box, remove any old delivery labels or barcodes before sending your parcel.
- For larger or heavier items, use additional protective packaging to prevent movement during transit.
Sending larger Tech items
For larger devices, such as iMacs, we strongly recommend using the original packaging where available, as this provides the best protection during transit.
