When you sell your device to musicMagpie, we need to know what condition it's in.
When getting a price for your Tech, we'll ask you to select the relevant condition based on a series of requirements. The conditions are either "good", "poor" or "faulty".
Each of the condition requirements vary between devices, so double check that you've selected the correct condition before sending your order to us.
When your Tech arrives, our expert team of technicians will carry out a quality assessment check to ensure that it matches the condition you selected. This process includes testing the device's functionality through a 70 point check; running it through the national CheckMEND database to ensure the device hasn't been reported lost or stolen, and checking that it isn't locked to an iCloud, Samsung or Google account.
If your item doesn't match the condition you specified, we'll offer you a revised price. You'll receive the revised offer by email. If you're not happy with our revised offer, you can choose to decline it and we'll have your device sent back to you completely free of charge.
