How do I know if my Media items have passed their quality assessment? What happens to those that don't?

Your online account is the best place to track your order as we update it throughout the testing process.

For Media items:

• Individually valued under £15? These won't be accepted and will be recycled responsibly.
• Individually valued over £15? These will be returned to you free of charge.

To view rejected items, log into My Account, go to your My Selling Orders, and click the magnifying glass next to the relevant order number.
