The Post Office can't scan my QR code, who do I contact?

If your local Post Office can't scan your QR code due to a faulty code, you can generate an additional QR code through your online account. 

If the issue is with your Post Office's ability to scan QR codes, contact our Customer Service Team and we'll arrange an alternative sending method to have your order on its way as soon as possible.
