To help ensure your items arrive safely, we recommend packing your Media in a sturdy cardboard box with as little room for movement as possible.
If there is any empty space inside the box, fill it with protective material such as bubble wrap or newspaper to help prevent damage during transit.
Before you send your items
Before sealing your parcel, please check that:
- Discs are inside the correct cases.
- Original artwork and inserts are included where applicable.
- All items included in your order are packed securely.
Important packaging advice
- Use a sturdy cardboard box whenever possible.
- Pack items tightly to minimise movement during transit.
- Use bubble wrap, newspaper or other suitable packing material to fill any empty space.
- If you're reusing a box, remove any old delivery labels or barcodes before sending your parcel. This helps avoid delays within the courier network.
