Yes. If you send your order using one of our approved sending methods and the pre-paid label provided in your Pack & Send Guide, your parcel is insured while it's on its way to us.
This includes orders sent using:
- Royal Mail QR Code
- Evri collection services
- Other musicMagpie pre-paid sending methods
The insurance cover provided through our pre-paid sending methods is up to £150.
What if my order is worth more than £150?
If you'd like additional cover, you can choose to send your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery at your own expense.
Please note that if you choose to use your own postage method, any insurance claim would need to be made directly with the courier you selected.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet
If it's been more than 7 working days since you sent your order and you're concerned that it hasn't arrived with us, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate.
