Are my items insured on their way to you?

Your order will be fully insured when you use any of the labels that we provide in your Pack & Send Guide. If it's been over 7 working days and you're concerned that your order hasn't arrived with us yet, please contact our Customer Service Team and we'll investigate this for you.

Please note: if you send your order using your own sending method, your order won't be insured by us - you'll have to contact that courier directly if you have any concerns.
