Can I send my order using Special Delivery?

We strongly advise against this. We recommend using the labels provided by us when you create your order so that it's fully insured. Using our labels will ensure that it's delivered and processed alongside all of our other parcels.

If you decide to send your order using your own method, it won't be insured by us. It could also end up slowing down the processing of your order once it arrives.
