You'll need to remove any security features before sending your device to us. We're unable to process iOS-locked devices nor able to pay for them if the lock can't be removed remotely.
If you have tried everything on our support page and your device is still iOS locked, we would advise reaching out to Apple directly for assistance with the account removal.
